We have little neighbors we didn't know we had. We were working in the backyard today and were surprised to see a mother duck and 4 ducklings swimming on our top pond. Mom got out of the pond when we approached and the babies went for a joyride down the stream and over the falls to the bottom pond. She rounded them up and swam for a bit but then decided to hide. We don't want ducks on our pond but we can't kick them out right now! CUTE!!

Momma Duck is smart to find such a beautiful place to treat her babies to!!
Oh how cute those babies are!! I love ducks. I know they can be messy but they are so fun to watch and listen to.
