Thrift Store and Estate Finds

I found this bird cage at an estate sale this last weekend - no birds to use it here but I thought it made a pretty nice planter for the patio.
This basket was at a local thrift store with old railroad spikes in it. I sent the spikes to the recycler and used the basket for a planter for some succulents.

wonderful uses for your finds!!! I have an old rusty bird cage I want to use as a plant cover since it has no bottom. I use it at Halloween time for a bat cage too. I will have to work on that. Thanks for your inspiration!!!
